Since wind power is a renewable energy source, a small town considering using windmills to meet the extra power needs at peak periods.

What is known:

• Windmills will be installed at a location where the wind blows steadily at an average velocity of 15 m/s.
• The windmills will have 5-m-radius rotors.
• The extra power needs is 1,000 kW.
