Problem Diagram (Map: Not to Scale)

A joint search and rescue effort has been carried out by the United States and Puerto Rico to find a missing ship in the Bermuda Triangle area. The missing ship was last heard at location A as indicated in the map. A rescue ship noted the ship was 78 miles north and 90 miles east from its current position (indicated by point O in the map). For ease of navigating the ship, the captain requested the navigation officer to give the position in terms of the polar coordinates.
